Our mission is to help our guests look and feel their absolute best. We do this by taking time with every guest to bring out the unique beauty that exists in us all. We use the finest, natural, cruelty-free products and treatments that are kind to the earth and its inhabitants.

Our salon is committed to nurturing the talents of our staff and encouraging their genuine desire to grow and improve. As a team, we have created Aveda at 75, where the genuine well-being of our guests and the quality of our service is our true passion.

Our commitment to providing excellent service also implies using the best products. We firmly believe and follow Aveda’s own vision connecting beauty, environment and wellness.

Aveda carries a heritage of 5,000 years of results. It’s earliest roots lie in Ayurveda, the Indian healing tradition based on the knowledge of life and the interconnectedness of all things. It has proven, over 5,000 years, that treating the whole person leads to greater balance and well-being, and considers the effects of products not only on hair or skin, but on body, mind and emotion.

Our full line of Aveda products allows each guest to re-create their salon experience or look at home. Made with organic and natural pure flower and plant ingredients, each product proves to have powerful results and no harmful effects, all while protecting and preserving the environment through the use of 100% post-consumer recycled material in packaging,  and 100% wind-generated power in manufacturing facilities.

POLICY

 

We always strive for excellent service satisfaction and for each guest to leave from their appointment with a wide smile every visit. In the rare event of a dissatisfying experience, we will  stand by a Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and offer full support in correcting our services until desired results are achieved. There is a one week notification period required to benefit from the free correctional service.

Appointment cancellations and modifications should be made anytime before the last 24 hours prior to a service. Any cancellation or modification past this deadline is subject to a cancellation charge of the full-service price as to cover the service providers time dedicated to the appointment. A valid method of payment is required at time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling  appointments following abusive cancellations and no-shows.

Products purchased from the salon can be returned and fully refunded if unopened or only used once within a 30 day period.

Gift cards are non-refundable and are redeemable for up to 7 years following the time of purchase.

Third-party vouchers or gift cards must be mentioned prior to booking. Appointments must be made over the phone and voucher information provided at time of booking. Appointments booked online cannot be made when planning to be paid via third-party vouchers and will be charged the same amount as appearing through our website’s booking portal. CARING

 

Giving back to the society and to the world at large is also an integral part of who we are.

Every year, we participate in Earth Month and raise funds for the Clean Water Fund

We also donate gift certificates as prizes to different local charities and non-profit organizations assisting the local communities.

We strongly care about our impact on the environment and recycle 100% of our consumables. In addition, our front desk is currently in the process of becoming fully paperless.
